Totally Tattoo'd Mother: June 2011
http://totallytattoedmama.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Books, my personal drug of choice. Also see costumes, singing and shoes. Ah, shoes. Meh, I'm gonna post it anyway. I always feel like there should be all of these things I could blog about. Then I think about it for a second and unless you want to hear about how I just ate a whole bunch of caramels and now my teeth hurt you're kind of out of luck. I guess I could talk about how my glasses are ALWAYS dirty, and how does that even happen? A few with my glowing red eyes, so I wear my stupid dirty glasses.

Totally Tattoo'd Mother: Andouille - Johnsonville
http://totallytattoedmama.blogspot.com/2013/05/andouille-johnsonville.html
Books, my personal drug of choice. Also see costumes, singing and shoes. Ah, shoes. I don't know that I've ever had andouille sausage, so grain of salt and all that. BzzAgent strikes again, this time with Johnsonville Premium Cooking Sausage. I went to my Kroger and they had 2 of the 5 varieties, Chicken Italian Style with Cheese or Andouille. I picked the Andouille and went home to make dinner. I grabbed a box mix of Dirty Rice and sliced up the sausage and threw it in. Posted by One Reader.

Totally Tattoo'd Mother: October 2012
http://totallytattoedmama.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Books, my personal drug of choice. Also see costumes, singing and shoes. Ah, shoes. Burmese Vegetable Gardens - a nuisance? As a little bit of back story, for those of you who may not be aware, Fort Wayne is housing several groups of Burmese refugees. It has been an issue at times as we both learn each other's customs, but it has been a very good thing for us as a city. I thought. On the afternoon of October 12. I am concerned that a phone call to a councilman culminated in the destruction of so many of ...

Totally Tattoo'd Mother: random tire size information
http://totallytattoedmama.blogspot.com/2013/10/random-tire-size-information.html
Books, my personal drug of choice. Also see costumes, singing and shoes. Ah, shoes. Random tire size information. I just had to search all over for this information, so I thought it might be handy to have all in one place. To calculate a tire's diameter (found at tirerack.com. Tire size example: 195 75 R14. We'll say the 1st number of the size is s (section width). 2nd number is a (aspect ratio). Skip the letter - it is the style of tire, and doesn't play a part in this. 3rd number is w (wheel size).

Edge of the Sunshine: December 2011
http://edgeofthesunshine.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Edge of the Sunshine. Saturday, December 24, 2011. The Chicken Pox Debate. This is NOT a post to debate the relative merits and risks of vaccines. This is NOT a post to judge others based on their beliefs about the relative merits and risks of vaccines. This started a slew of emails from concerned parents who informed me they did NOT want their children exposed (well, duh. I was planning on having Ilya stick her fingers in their mouths, but now that you have expressed this desire, I guess I wont)....

Edge of the Sunshine: May 2011
http://edgeofthesunshine.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Edge of the Sunshine. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Forgive my geekiness for a moment, but I just discovered the coolest thing ever! I needed to know the colors of Linfield College (don't ask me why - its complicate) so I did what any relatively tech savvy person would do: I googled it. You will never believe what came up. It wasn't a website full of answers to my question - although that was there. It was much cooler than that. GOOGLE ITSELF ANSWERED MY QUESTION! Is it absurd that I think this is so incredible?

Totally Tattoo'd Mother: November 2010
http://totallytattoedmama.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Books, my personal drug of choice. Also see costumes, singing and shoes. Ah, shoes. I have decided that I am too poor to buy Christmas presents for people that I don’t see. Usually we have to buy stuff for all of the kids under 18. This ends up being the ‘how cheap can I get a gift that is even remotely age appropriate’ game. I am not a fan. Why does everyone seem to think that more crap is better than less not-crap? Posted by One Reader. Only 3 more weeks until the wedding. I think I am going to pass out.

Books, my personal drug of choice. Also see costumes, singing and shoes. Ah, shoes. Brene Brown and Vulnerability. This is an older TED talk, but it’s the first time I’ve been able to see it and it is so true. I have no idea who Brene Brown is, other than an author and researcher/storyteller. I’m not going to look into her right now to find any of this out. I want to post this while it’s still fresh for me. If the video isn’t embedded, here's the page http:/ www.ted.com/talks/view/id/1042. You can do it.
