Closets, saws, and a bigger mess from cleaning. Jan 1st, 2009 at 7:36 AM. It is snowing, blowing, and miserable out there this morning! I started making shelves for my walk-in closet (small, but you can squeeze in between the 2 racks of clothes, and I do mean that anyone wider than I am is going to have problems! I decided that the one shelf was a waste of space, and I needed a better place to keep my footgear. No matter what I have tried, they end up all over the floor. I started to stuff from #1.

Jan 11th, 2014 at 8:09 AM. After months of taking the cat to the vet, and hundreds of dollars, he has started to limp. He had stopped taking care of himself, or eating much. He would purr AT me. Sometimes he would just yowl, in various rooms. He seems like he gets lost in the house, or cant quite figure out what is in front of him. I thought it was old age at 17, but was taking him for all sorts of tests to make sure there wasnt anything I could do. Now I have to decide about the quality of life.

Sunshine - time to clean (make) a mess. Apr 13th, 2014 at 3:55 PM. Today it was I need to put up gutters on the side of the garage. This winter, the ground froze so much that when it rained, water came through the sides of the garage and formed a lake / ice rink inside. The behind me neighbors have done enough to their lawn that the water doesnt drain there easily anymore. Before I put up gutters, I need to paint, which is peeling off over the last 12 years, from all the water than comes down there.
