The Balloon Fiesta – Caged Wisdom

Unfortunately, last Friday in Albuquerque, the winds were absurdly strong (similar to the wind speeds that we encountered in Chicago right before a massive thunderstorm which nearly knocked Stephanie off her feet! After driving all the way to the fairgrounds (even though we suspected that the event was cancelled, their website did not mention anything), we found out after walking around for an hour or so that the balloons wouldn’t be inflated that evening.
