Thursday, 31 July 2008. Food Diary Thursday 31st July 2008. Here's what I've eaten today, a red day. Breakfast: 2 alpen light bars (heb1). Lunch: salad, dressing (5), lime coriander chicken mini fillets (1.5). Tea: gammon, roast veg, herbs, parsley sause (2). Supper: cheese (hea1 &2) on toast (heb2) - planned. I'm turning into chinese food! Food diary Wednesday 30th July 2008. So, yesterday's plan was as follows. It was going to be a mix to max. Breakfast: 2 alpen light bars (heb1). Tuesday, 2 September 2008. Weigh In Monday 1st September 2008. Didn't weigh in last week due to illness - bleurgh! Here is what I weighed on Monday morning. Fourth weigh in since new start, not so good:. Starting weight = 11 stone 12 pounds. Weightlossthis week = 2 pounds, a gain :-(. Weightloss in total so far = 5.5 pounds. Current weight = 11 stone 6.5 pounds. Goal weight = 10 stone 7 pounds. BMI is 24.3% (was 24.1% last week). Body fat is 29.1% (was 29.1% last week). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Tuesday, 2 September 2008. Food Diary Thursday 21st August 2008. It was a Red day. My last day at work before a flexi day out to the Bullring in Birmingham. HEa - 28g cheese, 28g cheese. HEb - 100g wholemeal pasta, 2 slices wholemeal bread. Syns - caesar dressing (3), butter and marmalade (3). Breakfast - strawberries with vanilla muller light. Lunch - chicken and bacon caesar salad - chicken, bacon, lettuce, caesar dressing (? Tea - venison bolognese with wholemeal pasta (heb1) and cheese (hea 1 and 2).

Friday, 5 September 2008. Food Diary Thursday 4th September 2008. Today was a green day. Went out for supper with my girlfriends and tried to be as good as possible, I feel I definately made better choices than normal, especially with pudding! HEa - 28g cheese x 2. HEb - minced beef x 2. It was a good day apart from the pick n mix - remind me not to buy lots of sweets ever again! HEa - 28g cheese, 28g cheese. HEb - 2 alpen light bars, 2 slices wholemeal bread. HEa - 350ml skimmed milk; 28g cheddar. HEb - 28g sultana bran; 2 alpen light bars. Syns - vege 1/4 pounder (2). Breakfast - sultana bran (heb1) and milk (hea 1). Lunch - peppers stuffed with savoury rice, melted cheese (hea2) on top - only ate half, rest of hea2 will carry over til tomorrow (does that make sense?
