My Slimming World journey. Sunday, 17 May 2015. I haven't blogged in such a long time! I am still here following slimming world, and still in my target range. Not only that, I am now a Diamond member! Cannot believe I have got this far, staying in target range for a year! I felt really proud when I was given this award by my slimming world consultant. My downfall will always be cake and chocolate :-) but, having got this far, I am never going to go back to my old starting weight. View my complete profile.

My Slimming World journey. Saturday, 19 April 2014. And also lost a further lb :). Now the work begins to stay at target, but I have 3lbs leeway either side of my target weight. For now, I have free membership of SW for life whilst I stay in target range. However a further 1/2lb loss will give me a 2 stone loss award, so that's what I'm planning to do, then that'll be it. Today however I had a day off and celebrated Easter with family - oops, way too many syns! Back on it tomorrow :). And put the mixture...

My Slimming World journey. Sunday, 18 January 2015. It's been ages since I made these. Just seen this photo on a Slimming World friend's post - Time I made some more! Monday, 12 January 2015. Taiterash - a good old northern recipe, from my part of Lancashire! It is really quite a simple meal-stewing steak, kidney, chopped onions, potatoes and carrots. My Slimming World journey. Monday, 12 January 2015. Taiterash - a good old northern recipe, from my part of Lancashire! This is a dish my late mum used to make. I can remember many years ago that we would sit round the dining table as a family thoroughly enjoying a plate of this. Thankfully, she taught me how to make it. I've no doubt many versions of this exist, but this is our family one. To serve, pickled red cabbage is an absolute must! I hadn't added mine when I took this photo.
