I managed to stay within my points every day and save a little so that we could be a bit more adventurous on the weekend. Brenda and I went in and weighed ourselves at Gym this morning and we have both lost. Me: - 4.2/9.2lbs (132.4kg/20.9stone). Brenda: - 0.8 (66kg/10.5 stone). Hopefully next week will be as productive! I wanted a pretty pink one, but I made the mistake of taking Brenda with me and she liked the gold. Shock, horror) I cannot believe that I have left myself to get so fat! OH well, hopefully this is the last time I weigh this much! January 21, 2011 at 7:22 PM. OMG I have been thinking of starting a second topic to my blog, similar to this! So excited to find yours! Maybe we could support each other? Do I have to start an entirely new blog?

On the way down! A chronicle of my weight loss journey. Saturday, March 20, 2010. Losing it week 2 - 4. Weight lost: 0.95% (1.84% altogether). Water: Fairly good on most days, but have slipped up occasionally. Eating healthily: Also good, but see Coke above, have slipped up there, although not as much as normal.
