Thursday, August 21, 2008. This is so very yummy! I tried it the other night and it was kind of like a chili. Can put on hamburger buns to make a kind of sloppy joe but I suggest just serving with hot rolls. 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck. 1 can red beans. 1 can tomato soup. 1 On stovetop brown ground chuck until brown, then drain. 2 Place meat into crockpot, placing beans over top. 3 Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4 Pour tomato soup evenly over beef and beans. 5 Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
