Adventures from here to there. Where I’ve Been. Oban and the Highlands (Part I). November 14, 2012. And it was great! They had just renovated the place so the kitchen was fairly large and the rooms were spacious. I even had a view of the sea in the morning which was quite nice. Interesting fact: Scotland and Great Britain were never connected millions of years ago. It was due to the shifting of the plates that they collided which formed the highlands and the natural border. Cool eh? To be continued….
