A place to store my favorite recipes. Dosas - Indian Crepes. 1 cup white udad dal. When ready to make dosas, take out few ladles in a small bowl, add salt and water as per your desired choice. Heat a non stick pan on medium heat. Take some batter in a ladle and start putting the batter in circles. Drizzle some oil. Keep the heat on low med. I generally flip my dosa as my dosa ends having peaks that might not cook if not flipped. Serve with coriander chutney, sambhar or potato bhaji. Dosas - Indian Crepes.

About 2 cup whole cooked masoor, washed and pressure cooked (about 3 whistles) (not masoor dal but whole masoor ) (keep the masoor al dente - if you overcook the masoor the pulav will get too mushy). 1/2 tsp ginger paste. 1/2 tsp garlic paste. 1 large onion, finely chopped. 1 tomato, diced. 1 tsp tomato paste.
