Time for a smackerel of something. A love affair with all things edible. Mexican Food Made Simple. The photographs are excellent although there just aren’t enough for my liking. Only one in four recipes tends to have a picture of the finished dish which I think is a shame as I’d prefer to see more. Here are 5 of my favorite recipes:. Black bean sopa Azteca (soup). A month or so ago when we had a spare Sunday afternoon and were looking to entertain the kids.
