Stand Mix Recipe Booklet. 1 cup very sharp old cheddar cheese, shredded. 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded. 8 oz package light cream cheese. 2 green onions, very finely chopped. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 pecans, very finely chopped. 1 Place all ingredients, except pecans, in mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed for about 1 minute, until well mixed. 4 Spread pecans on a small plate. I am so excited for you!

Sunday, January 3, 2010. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. 2 lb ring of brie. 1 Mix together brown sugar, walnuts and brandy. 2 Pour over cheese. 3 Cover and chill for at least two hours. 4 Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Friday, August 7, 2009. 1 cup light sour cream. 2 cups cheese (I use a combo of cheddar and mozza). 6 strips of bacon, crumbled. 3-4 green onions, chopped. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1 Wash, poke and bake potatoes. 2 Once cool to the touch, cut potoates in half lengthwise. 3 Scoop out the flesh of the potatoes into a large mixing bowl, leaving just enough in the skin for them to remain in tact. 4 Add remaining ingredients to the bowl. 5 Mash until well combined. 6 Scoop filling back into potato skins. Monday, August 2, 2010. I forgot to take pictures of this meal but it turned out really well. We ate it for dinner once and then I divided the rest into 6 freezer bags for later. Modified from Frozen Assets. 1 large onion, chopped. 1 green pepper, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups pearl barley. 2 16 ounce cans of diced tomatoes, undrained. 4 cups tomato sauce. One small can Mexican sauce. 3 cups chicken broth. 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained. 2 T chili powder. 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped.

Adapted from Frozen Assets. 1 12 ounce can tomato paste. 2 16 ounce cans diced tomatoes, with juice. 12 cups water (original recipe said 8 but this was not enough). 2 cups uncooked lentils. 2 cups uncooked rice. 2 cups onion, diced. 2 cups frozen cut green beans. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 Cool. Friday, July 31, 2009. 2-3 medium tomatoes (Roma's are best). 3 tsp Italian seasoning. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 1/2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tsp minced garlic. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp lime juice. 1 Finely chop tomatoes and onions. The key is to get them very fine. 2 Mix together tomatoes, onions, Italian seasoning and sugar. Set aside. 3 In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, garlic powder and lime juice. 4 Pour dressing over tomatoes and mix well. Recipe swap and Friday Feasts.

The recipe makes quite a bit and so it can be divided and frozen for future use. Inspired by Sandra Lee. 4-6 tsp Greek seasoning. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 T minced onion. 1 lb groung lamb, beef or venison (although 1/2 lb would be MORE than enough). 1 large tomato, finely chopped. 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped. 1/2 red oinion, finely chopped. 1/2 can sliced black olives. 1 cup lettuce, shredded. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1 Brown meat with garlic, minced onion and 2 tsp Greek seasoning.
