Small Thoughts from a Small Mind. Random Thoughts from an ADD Victim. Restaurant Review: Kagoshima Sushi. August 30, 2013. Kagoshima Sushi is located on Jingtian. N Street. It is about a 25 minute walk from my old residence. We used to eat there quite often, but since we moved it is more than an hour walk. We haven’t been there in more than a year. Yesterday we went there for an early dinner. We walked and arrived about 16:00. There were just a few other customers in the place. And a plate of French fries.

Small Thoughts from a Small Mind. Random Thoughts from an ADD Victim. March 14, 2014. I specialized in the most obscure and esoteric of numismatic items. Unlike government issued coinage, the things I liked were privately made. Most were not catalogued or listed in any guide books. At any certain time, I’m sure that at least 25% of the items I my inventory were first examples I’d ever seen. Last week I retrieved three boxes of books and listed the individual volumes for sale on eBay. As I write this ...

Small Thoughts
Friday, January 25, 2013. Over the past couple weeks, I've been busy transferring most of the posts on this blog over to a new blog address. I've been thinking about changing blog hosts for a while, and I've been having problems with viewing blogspot pages lately (the headers don't show up, and the formatting is a little off) in the Firefox web browser, and decided to give WordPress a try. It's taken some getting used to, but it's growing on me. Monday, December 31, 2012. As the page turns. Sometimes the...

Nests in the Storm. Posted in A Small Life. It’s been quiet around here lately – the blog, that is. Life in general not so much, until the past few days, when there’s been a little reprieve before final exams start. Thankful for the birds, the sun, the rain that thundered instead of drizzled, the flowers, good food, family, and my home, the place where I can rest. The place that for now, between fledgling flights, is my nest. Posted in Thoughts of Him. Optimists see the cup half full. It was cold, hard r...

Just another WordPress.com site. Seattle’s Hisashi Iwakuma no-hits Orioles. August 13, 2015 5:41 am. Congratulations to Seattle Mariners Hisashi Iwakuma. For his no hitter vs the Baltimore Orioles.Iwakuma became the second Japanese pitcher to throw a no-hitter in the U.S. major leagues. Hideo Nomo, who’d set the standard for Japanese pitchers when he arrived in 1995, threw two no-hitters before retiring in 2008. 8220;He was unbelievable today, Kyle Seager. It couldn’t happen to a better guy, said Seager.

small thoughts on life
Small thoughts on life. Monday, June 13, 2011. I should probably be the first to admit that I'm entirely too reflective. I like to take in every single situation and experience, like really. The concert I was most excited about was Ray LaMontagne. Ray captured my heart from the second I first heard one of his songs and this was my first time getting to see him live. As he finished up with one of my favorite songs I had a brief moment of clarity. What if, relationships, while ever important, a...The momen...

It's shorter, mind, but the 20th Small Thought is a story of what happened a few weeks ago. It's quite dismal really. *sniff*. Posted by DanCooper at 11:38 AM. Small Thought...
