I happened to google “700c on a p7” as I am thinking about building my own bike, and wondered if 700c wheels would fit. Seems they will. Your project is inspirational. What size p7 frame was that? A 19 or 21? Enter your comment here.

White is perfect for a roadie build. I’ve got a mate who rides a 07 P7 and I cannot beleive how much the geometry had changed since 94/95! I suppose back then though a 5″ travel hardtail was un heard of😉. It would be great to see some action shots😀. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Time to ride….

Yo yo, I’m building a similar project on a road frame though. At the moment I’m looking for decent set of wheels. Have a look at these baby’s: Chris King’s Single Speed Disc 26. Has 72 teeth! Good luck with the build mate! It’s looking good. August 13, 2008 at 12:06 am. Have to catch up for a bevvie with the boys soon.

Wheel Sizing Issue resolved! |

Time to ride…. Pre Spray Photos →. July 26, 2008 · 1:19 pm. Wheel Sizing Issue resolved! I took the frame to a local bike shop today and it is confirmed that i could comfortably fit a 700c Rim on there with any tyre up to about a size 32. I’m opting for a size 25 tyre to give me a little more of a comfy ride over the smallest 23 size whilst still keeping a low profile look. Filed under General Thoughts. Pre Spray Photos →. It might not be that obvious yet but there is a common theme behind all the components going on to this bike. All the parts where possible will be black and white. The Thomson, Kore and Funn logos are all lasered in pure white and sit on satin back finishes. I think when everything comes together this will look stylish, clean and minimal.
