Confections of a Bakeaholic. Friday, January 22, 2010. For my first vegan baking experiment I decided to make s'mores cupcakes. It was a bit of a rough start. I accidentally knocked over a tub of flour. Emma loved it : ). I used the s'mores cupcake recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. However, my first batch came out a little oily for my taste. For the next batch I halved the oil and used unsweetened applesauce for the rest. I also decreased the amount of molasses. I ♥ Cupcake Wrappers.
