As the result of research on a NASA program and ongoing research and development, a shape memory polymer (SMP) composite patch system was developed that incorporates a composite material and an industrial strength adhesive. The composite patch material varies by patch and include different combinations of fabrics, resins, plies, and adhesives to meet the needs of targeted applications.

Our development and production area includes:. 10,000 cubic foot curing oven capacity. 360 cubic foot resin freezer storage (220-gallon resin holding capacity). 7 x 8 x 9 foot walk-in freezer, totaling 504 square feet storage space. 850 square foot environmentally controlled fabric storage and lay-up area.
