Monday, May 30, 2011. Redecorating Part V - Lampshades. Room needed a little simple re-doing of it's own, so when I saw this lampshade. Oh how I am addicted to pinterest. I made one for her. I used paper instead, because I'm lazy and would have rather used a paper punch instead of cutting fabric for days (someday I will own a silhouette. And I am obsessed with these coffee filter lampshades. I did mine in a more straight-lines-all-the-way-around pattern, but either way, they are so fluffy and fun!

Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Here are the kids with their Halloween shirts. Kenadee the good witch. Bennett my little guitar. For trick-or-treating we went to the church for the annual trunk-or-treat. It was crazy this year, because it was snowing hard, it was also very windy and freezing cold! We got to the parking lot at 6:40pm did one quick round, passed out the rest of our candy, closed the trunk and took off by 7:15! It was the biggest candy haul in the shortest amount of time that i have ever seen!
