Why Scottish Labour lost so badly…. We need a strong opposition and Labour, thus far, isn’t it. I said before the election last week that i thought the only thing that would have saved Scottish Labour a drubbing was setting up a separate party and i still believe that. I went into Aberdeen today to get youngest’s birthday presents. It was horrendous. I hate shopping and i am not a people person. Anyway, on the way home, i drove through a blizzard and when i came out the other side, this happened. I haven’t tinkered with the colours of this in any way. So this year instead of staying up (tbh which i don’t usually do anyway), I took the suggestion of a twitter contact and got up to do a sunrise photo for my first shot of 2015. It makes way more sense to me – to look forward to the future rather than celebrate the passing of a rather crappy, stressful year – and thankfully, sunrise is late at this time of year!
