Monday, September 29, 2014. 26-28SEP14: The Durango Weekend. This past weekend, I motored down with Scarlett, my 2014 URAL Patrol Sidecar Rig down to southwest Colorado and the town of Durango. The primary focus of this weekend was to get together with a couple of Army buddies and one of their wives, that I'd not see in decades. It was early morning by the time I approached the junction of US285 and US24, near Buena Vista. The sun was still low enough to cause the below shadow frame for the picture:.

Saturday, August 08, 2015. I'd notice the thread on my pusher tire starting to look a bit "thin". Measured it today and it was at 3/32" (2.38mm). Legal minimum, as I recall, is 2/32" (1.58 mm). Got almost 7000 (6984) kilometers from when I changed out the pusher to K37s back at the beginning of the year. Not bad. Saved myself a drive downtown where the moto shop is located with a onsite tire changing service, along with the fee of $25/tire or $50. I did break two of the rubber strips used to cover the sp...

Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Scarlett, my 2014 URAL Patrol Sidecar Rig and I took advantage of a gorgeous day here in the Metro Denver area. Though the snow remains still covering grassy areas, the roads were just mostly wet to dry due to the bright sunshine we got today. More snow forecast for the next couple of days so we headed out during the lunch hour to run some errands. Fox Racing Comp 5 Shorty Boots. They're classified as ATV Boots, short version of the full-up MX boots used by dirt bike riders.

Friday, March 27, 2015. Foggy Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Sunday, April 26, 2015. MOAB 2015 - Day 2 and 3. Day Two, Thursday, not much to post on, it was a mostly full day of work and some maintenance on Scarlett.
