The Smith Family Blog. Sunday, March 09, 2008. This weekend, the Smith family traveled to Morehead City for a vacation. Meredith had a great time and did well with the 3 1/2 hour car ride. We installed a portable DVD player and when Elmo came on in the car, she looked at us in wonder, as if to say."are you kidding me? ELMO in the car! Getting ready the night before the trip. Meredith sports her mowhawk. The morning of the aquarium trip, Meredith powers up with a rice krispy treat.
