So the night before we were going to leave for AZ, we got to hang out with friends of ours (who live in AZ but were on vacation in UT). Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Dickens Festival and Temple Square Lights. We went to the Dickens Festival at the fairgrounds. There were tons of neat booths and goodies, as well as music and other entertainment. Here are some of the Ghosts from the classic. They use these later on in a reinactment of the story. Saturday, November 28, 2009. Cutting down our Christmas tree. We hiked up in the hills by Grandma Jo's house to pick out our Christmas tree. It was lots of fun- not too cold and not too much snow to hike through. Ours ended up being 14 feet tall! We measured once we got it home. It looked so tiny in the forest! Thank goodness we have vaulted ceilings! She wore her getup to school and throughout the whole day- the only person dressed up. That is my Aubri- no cares for what anyone thinks of her style.
