The Walker Family: The Walker Holiday Season
http://teamwalkerryan.blogspot.com/2010/12/walker-holiday-season.html
The misadventures of Brian, Cindy, Finn, Oliver, and Vesta. Thursday, December 30, 2010. The Walker Holiday Season. I’ve been a little remiss in keeping this site up to date, but it’s not for lack of content! It all started with Thanksgiving. We finally braved a plane trip with Finn, fresh off his nearly yearlong hiatus from the friendly skies. Now that he can be entertained for more than five minutes at a time, in particular by movies like. God Bless You, Disney and Pixar. This picture accurately depi...
The Walker Family: Finn the Snow Bunny
http://teamwalkerryan.blogspot.com/2011/01/finn-snow-bunny.html
The misadventures of Brian, Cindy, Finn, Oliver, and Vesta. Sunday, January 16, 2011. Finn the Snow Bunny. Finn starred in his first recital last Friday. Thankfully, I returned after an eight day road trip just in time to see our little star. It’s pretty disorganized… But keep in mind these teachers had to teach a roomful of 18 mo – 2 year olds to do something in a coordinated fashion. In other words, they were attempting the impossible. The “stage”. 160; He’s quite the gentleman, though.

The Walker Family: Huntin’ Wascally Eggs
http://teamwalkerryan.blogspot.com/2010/04/huntin-wascally-eggs.html
The misadventures of Brian, Cindy, Finn, Oliver, and Vesta. Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Huntin’ Wascally Eggs. Although this is technically Finn’s second Easter, this is really the first one where he’s been old enough to really do any of the silly egg stuff. And unfortunately we still haven’t landed on a church yet, so right now Easter is just silly egg stuff instead of silly egg stuff the Resurrection of our Savior. One thing at a time, I guess. Our little hunter, with his personalized bunny basket.

The Walker Family: Happy Easter!
http://teamwalkerryan.blogspot.com/2011/04/happy-easter.html
The misadventures of Brian, Cindy, Finn, Oliver, and Vesta. Sunday, April 24, 2011. We’ve been a wee bit busy lately, and have been EXTREMELY remiss in not only POSTING any pictures or videos, but also of even TAKING any pictures or video. . Easter seemed like a great excuse to end this awful silent streak. We “hid” his Easter basket on the floor at the end of our bed thinking he’d see it when he came in to announce his awakening as he does every weekend morning. BW and his mini-me. All-in, it was a real...
The Walker Family: April 2011
http://teamwalkerryan.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
The misadventures of Brian, Cindy, Finn, Oliver, and Vesta. Sunday, April 24, 2011. One Busy Little Body. Part of the reason we haven’t been as good at keeping this blog up to date with pictures and such is because our child refuses to sit still long enough to actually snap any. We’ve finally been able to get him to sit fairly still and say “cheese,” but you have about three seconds to grab the picture before he’s headed your way, demanding to “see! 8221; the image you just took. We “hid” hi...He walked...

Smith Family Suppers
Saturday, June 20, 2015. We love all things cinnamon and sugar at our house, and Nate is always happy when I bake. I took one look at this recipe and knew it would be a hit. I won't tell you how much cake Nate ate at one time, but it sure made me happy to see how much he enjoyed it. I saw this idea over at Mix and Match Mama. 1 box of white cake mix (I used Pillsbury classic white). 2 small instant vanilla puddings (I used Jell-o brand). 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 1/4 cups water. 1/3 cup butter, softened.
