So I put him on my lap and he fell asleep again for about an hour. I know I’m mam-ma, but he doesn’t know me well but he just snuggled up and slept. It was heaven! AND, Alex takes a shower! I Love Love Love Family Vacations! August 8, 2011. I don’t think I will ever tire of family vacations. We have one every year – along with all our other visits (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, random visits, etc.). Love them. This year we went to the Wisconsin Dells – camping, sort of! Mom, dad, Marc, Sara and Alex all stayed in a 1 bedroom, small, but efficient cabin. While Lindsey, Darrell, Jonathan, Maddy and I stayed in their luxurious 5th wheel. It was a really fun day!
