A Piece of the Master's Mosaic. A family on mission to love and serve Jesus Christ where He leads us. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. First Day of School. Elementary was over and middle school began. I moved to another school district so the 6th grade was a bit scary that first day not knowing anyone. I was a Trickum Tiger and couldn't be more excited and scared at the same time! I guess it wasn't that memorable! 8th grade was amazing! How silly does that sound? I know it sounds crazy but it was a reality for me!

Monday, January 5, 2015. Thank you for praying. Please pray for the Baptist Mission of Sesheke Church, Pastor Dominic, Bo Teresa, and everyone there in Sesheke. This is shocking for them too and we are praying for them to trust the Lord to see to their every need. We were certainly not planning this trip to the US and we don't know how long we'll be here- it all depends on what we find out from the pathology report coming this week. And we know ultimately it's in the hands of the Lord. The Lord is good!

Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Our days in Texas are over! I can't believe that we won't be back in Amarillo again for 3 or 4 years! In the last month we have had an incredible time seeing family and spending time together! First, I just wanted to share this cute picture of River Belle! Here are four generations - My grandmother, mother, me and River Belle! What a legacy we have! River Belle loves her granddad (my daddy). She also loves books! This is my beautiful cousin Betsy! Monday, March 26, 2012. A few hours down the road (and by now we are on the dirt road) we had another flat tire. Not a blow out this time - just a flat tire with a nice big gash in it! We didn't have another spare - so Daniel took all our stuff out of the truck again and tried to use a tire patch kit. But the gash was just too long and deep. Daniel barely got all our stuff back in the truck before a rain-storm hit! First sun then rain! Thank you again to everyone who was praying for us! Maziba Bay, Zambia.
