Monday, July 11, 2011. Tender Loving Care for your Antique Furniture. I’ve mentioned before how we like to use antiques in our home for decor as well as function. On Saturday I stopped by a rummage sale down the street and found a Treasure. These beauties were priced right and fit nicely into the look I am going for in our Master bedroom. They are from the 1920’s. Even the mirrors are in good shape. This one is for me :). This one is for my hubby :). Posted by Elder Jeffrey Searle. Friday, July 1, 2011.

Friday, June 17, 2011. Backyard makeover (part 1). We purchased our home two years ago and have made a lot of changes indoors and in the front yard. The backyard however has been rather neglected. Let me show you what I mean…. 1 Take a look at what you have and be creative in making the most of it. This gravel area didn’t seem like it was of any use to us. With a little creativity and a lot of hard work, it will be a nice gathering place for our family and friends. Posted by Elder Jeffrey Searle. Thursda...

Perhaps a Project...: May 2011
http://perhapsaproject.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 24, 2011. The other night I dreamed about a tic tac toe board made with scrabble tiles. (I am obsessed, it’s true.) When I woke up, I realized it was a pretty good idea. I hunted through my craft supplies and went to the store for a few items. Here is what I came up with…. I am quite happy with how it turned out. Anyone want to play a game of tic tac toe with me? Posted by Elder Jeffrey Searle. Labels: Fun for Kids. Saturday, May 14, 2011. Now I must make a disclaimer that I am NOT. We decid...

Perhaps a Project...: October 2012
http://perhapsaproject.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 4, 2012. I LOVE my new door décor! The basics you will need:. Wood letter – choose a size that you like. I bought mine at Michaels craft for $3.99. It is about 9 inches tall and 1/2 inch thick. Burlap – for most letters you only need a strip of this. Some letters will be trickier to hang than others. A letter T for example may need to be held up on both sides, or looped around the center post instead of the top. Glue gun and glue. Paper towel or clean rag. Spray paint the letter your ch...

RICH Blessings are in store!: March 2014
http://critterich.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
RICH Blessings are in store! Every time I hear that phrase, I am reminded how blessed we are. Monday, March 24, 2014. My darling friend, Shannon Hale, did a book signing near us so of course we had to go see her. As you can see we haven't changed much since college! This has been one long, cold winter. Matt and the kids built a snow cave on our front lawn. Matt, Ruby, and Cooper all slept in it. They claim it was pretty toasty inside when it was 13 outside. You know the movie Frozen? Lots of face painting.

Our good friends the Workmans let us come and fish in their pond. We took Spencer, Kassie and Christopher with us last time. It was pretty fun. Christopher really liked the fish in the beginning, but when Uncle Monte caught a big one and it flopped around in the boat, he decided he didn’t like them anymore! Fun on the Docks! I'm w...
