Thursday, November 5, 2009. A Day as a Slave. Africa was a peaceful place until the European came. It all started when I went to go get a bucket of water on my way back some guys jumped out and caught me. Then threw me and some other guys on a boat. Right as soon as I got on the boat all i could think of was the smell it was retched. Many people died the first day and they didn't even unchain them. Friday, September 25, 2009. Characteristics of a Successful Student. I think the characteristics of a successful student are being respectful, responsible, honest, and things like that. To be a respectful student you need to listen when someone is talking and do what they ask, especially if it's an adult. Monday, March 1, 2010. Right after I got home on Friday I went to Dallas to visit my uncle Jeff. Then we went to Uncle Joleos (They have good Mexican food) what was really interesting was we made it home in the same night.
