I 自由发挥，惟不可涉及种族，宗教与政治等敏感及煽动性课题;题目由参赛者自定。 Ii 参赛作品以华文原创作品，翻译作品一概不受理。作品须未经报章，刊物，杂志，网页等媒体发表同时未曾参加其他比赛得奖。 Iii 严禁抄袭剽窃与一稿二投。一经揭发，将取消参赛资格，追回全部奖品，同时予以严厉谴责。 I 参赛者可同时参加多组比赛，惟每组（文类)只限一篇作品。 Ii 作品须以中文电脑打字 (简楷体14号，15行距，以A4纸张逐页列明页数)。所有作品以电脑列印，并附上电脑磁片备用。 Iii 除正本外，须同时交来清晰副本四份；作品正本及副本（合计五份〕概不发还，请参赛者自留底稿。 Iv 稿件不得写上任何个人资料。作品必须连同填写完整之参赛表格，通过各州教育局华文科助理局长呈交给主办当局。 标签： 主席 蔼盈.
