The Woo Will Tri! I know, I know it's hard to believe - but the show should be worth the price of admission. Monday, July 21, 2008. Race Report – TrySports Asheville Triathlon – Part 4 – Bike and T2. I started passing people right away – always with an encouraging word like “looking strong” or “way to go”, or a “good morning.” Triathlons are fun that way. Everyone seems in it together, and there was lots of encouragement. The bike course was definitely a strong part of my race. I have no idea how man...

http://thewoowilltri.blogspot.com/2008/07/is-that-ammonia.html
The Woo Will Tri! I know, I know it's hard to believe - but the show should be worth the price of admission. Sunday, July 6, 2008. After my last three long workouts - 7.5 mile run Monday, 7.5 mile run Thursday, and 35 mile bike ride Saturday - when I got home it smelled like Hilary had been cleaning with some sort of super-duper cleaner. The Woo Will Tri!: Slow 8 mile run

The Woo Will Tri! I know, I know it's hard to believe - but the show should be worth the price of admission. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Slow 8 mile run. I'm going to stop labeling my runs slow pretty soon, as it appears it's just a given. I'm sure it has a lot to do with my "long and slow" base-building type workouts, and the complete lack of speed work that I'm doing, but seriously, running an 8:30 or even 9:00 pace when i go out for a 4-5 mile run shouldn't be too much to ask.
