Sunday, February 15, 2009. Alina's 8th Birthday Party! It is hard to believe my little girl is all grown up! All the cousins together! Except for baby Erica since she was sleeping). Alina had fun bowling! She got 2 spares! Cousins Jennier and Anna Grace with baby Erica. They are visiting from Atlanta, so this is their first time seeing their baby cousin. Efting Family Happenings: Alina Gets Baptized!

Tuesday, March 9, 2010. In October 2009, Alina decided that she wanted to get baptized. She accepted Christ into her heart back in the Spring of 2006, and now she was ready to make the public declaration that she is a follower of Christ, and would like everyone to know that she loves Jesus! Many of our family and Alina's close friends were able to attend her baptism. Here are some pictures from that day that Pastor Jeff Barbour sent to me. (Thanks Pastor Jeff! All the praise goes to our Lord and Saviour!

Thursday, August 28, 2008. Alina and Tommy's First Day of School! Tommy started Kindergarten - and Alina is in 2nd Grade this year. It's hard to believe that two of our kids are in school now. They both had a great first day of school. They are attending Zion Lutheran School again this year. Tommy looked so big sitting at his desk in the Kindergarten class. Thursday, March 19, 2009. Sunday, March 15th, was Grandpa's 71st birthday and we were there to celebrate with him! We had a great time! We had birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday (in Grandma's room, so we could all be together.) Grandma even sang Happy Birthday and that was wonderful to hear, and Grandpa was really blessed by that. Saturday, May 24, 2008. I had my OB appointment earlier this week, and the doctor was able to tell that our new baby due in November is going to be a GIRL! Everything looks great with the baby. I was able to see her moving all around, and the doctor turned up the volume so we could hear her nice strong heartbeat. It was very exciting!
