Superlekkere hapjes en eigenlijk heel gemakkelijk te maken. In de supermarkt haal je van die mini vol au vent koekjes en deze kan je vullen met wat je wilt. Maar een goed dikke bechamelsaus (boter/bloem melk), breng deze op smaak met goed wat kaas en kruiden en dan kan je er garnaaltjes, hesp, champignonnetjes,… onder mengen. Reeds 19 jaar baten Miguel Landuyt and Hilde Depuydt het Restaurant ‘t Smulhuisje uit in Moorslede. Vandaag is het restaurant uitgegroeid tot een gezellig familierestaurant met prijs-kwaliteit als grootste troef. Er is keuze uit een uitgebreide kaart. En er wordt maandelijks een maandmenu.
