Snappy Dogs is owned and operated by Tom Griffin and his wife, Beverly. Tom is a U.S. Army veteran and a native Texan. All this gave Tom an appreciation for high quality food and the desire to serve people food they would enjoy. Our Hot Dog cart is custom-made with all stainless steel surfaces. It is licensed and permitted by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health Department, the San Antonio Fire Department and the State of Texas. Tom is a Texas Certified Food Manager.
