So, I went on to make 'sambal udang' next. This has to be my favourite. Although not as nice as the one I grew up eating (since I actually bought ready made sambal paste), it was spicy enough and there were prawns. Prawns are my favourite, you see! And the amount of cooking I did lasted me for another 3 meals.

I like it's simple set up which looks quite similar to the simple food shop in the Korean shows I watch. It wasn't too busy the day I went so that was really good as well.
