Monday, 6 May 2013. I am making cards. As well as drawing tales of chickens I also love to make paper and daub colour on fabric. Wednesday, 1 May 2013. I'm on the bus. I miss my car. Yes, I have been on the bus for two weeks now. I took it up last Monday. I got up at 5 am and set off at 5.30. This was the Monday after we had been to London and to say I was tired was a slight understatement. And the A1 was sooooo busy. Where are all those people going at that time of day and if they are out and about, why don't the petrol stations open until 7am? As I said, I hate the bus but I do so love the people on the bus. I am making cards.

Tuesday, 30 July 2013. Back to square one or doing what I really love doing. So, there I was mass producing cards to sell. I approached a local makers designer fair for a stall and I quote. There is a massive overload of greeting cards which means I’m afraid we cannot offer you a space.". Is this the Universe telling me something? I know that the advent of desk top publishing and fabulous computer programmes means that we can sit at our computers and design and create and be magical, but I do love the old fashioned method of cutting and sticking.
