Journalist in the City. Sunday, April 24, 2005. I think my writing has improved slightly since I began this course. I believe all writing improves with practice, and this course allowed me to practice my craft weekly. I'm still a bit unsure what the future is for online newspapers. Internet editions have had a rocky start, and I'm interested to see if bloggers will play an increasing role in online journalism. Will newspapers eventually solely become online editions? Views from the Pen. Friday, November 05, 2004. Response to EOTO Project by Michelle Klemens. Having been forced into a life of volunteerism at an early age I was interested to view Michelle's thoughts on this topic. I definitely agree with her ascertion that non-profits and the Digital Divide are definitely a valid concern. My mother and I ran the Special Olympic programs in our county for years and one of biggest concerns was always stocking the office. So I can certainly emphathize with this program.
