Toad's z80 assembly and more. This is another project of mine, the ablilty to power the calculator from more than one power source. The inspiration for this project came from a topic on United-Ti. No physical work has been completed yet, but I have purchased the solar panels. I also have 1 Farad capacitors if I decide to use them. 1 Comment ». Calculator Controlled LCD | Toad's z80 assembly and more
https://todlangweilig.wordpress.com/calculator-projects/calculator-controlled-lcd-screen
Toad's z80 assembly and more. This is idea I’ve been kicking around for a few days now, using a Ti calc to control a LCD module. To make things easier, I’ll abbreviate the name for “Calculator Controlled LCD screen” to the “LLC”. I was inspired by one of my other projects, the unfinished LCD tester. However, a convenient solution appeared in an All Electronics catalog. They sell an LCD IC. 1 Comment ». 85,86 will connect to a pcf8574 i2c pI/O expander. using the two lines and give you 8 i/o lines....

Toad's z80 assembly and more. January 22, 2010. Filed under: Adjustable Shelf. 8212; Toad @ 9:14 am. Just when you thought this blog really had died…. As of late, I have been working on this shelf for a friend that is adjustable in height from 22 – 36″. It looks like a letter ‘C’ due to the space that it was originally intended to fit in. It is adjusted by a screw mechanism, so it can always be at the perfect height. Leave a Comment ». Feed for comments on this post. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

LCD Tester Schematic | Toad's z80 assembly and more

Toad's z80 assembly and more. April 7, 2007. Filed under: LCD Tester. 8212; Toad @ 6:17 am. I have just completed a rough schematic for this tester. I hope to create a cleaner version at a latter time. J1 is the group of header pins where the LCD module will connect with the tester. J2 isn’t really a header, it is just for proper interfacing with any LCD module. I plan on using two DIP14 IC sockets to implement J2. The photodiodes are supposed to be LED’s. Enough blabbing, here’s the pic:. Fill in your d...

This thing is still not complete, because far more important things took priority. But hey, its me… what did you expect, on time and under budget? Hahaha :p Even though it isn’t complete, one should get a feel for what the finished product will be like. The backside of the adjustable shelf. Leave a Comment ». Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Toad's z80 assembly and more. March 13, 2007. Filed under: LCD Tester. 8212; Toad @ 9:30 pm. Don’t worry folks, I haven’t given up on this project. I have put it on hold until I can get access to the camera again. Since I can’t document my progress, I saw no reason to continue work on it. I will have access to the camera after this Saturday. In the mean time I have been working on Linux From Scratch. Leave a Comment ». Feed for comments on this post. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.
