Richard, Kerra and Phoenix. Sunday, December 21, 2008. Update on the house! On Friday we closed, earlier than expected on our townhouse! We are really excited. Although, we aren't going to be moving until like the 30th it is well worth the wait. That is because we are going to do all the painting before we move all of our things in and also we are getting hardwood done on the main level and tile in all of the bathrooms! We are so exited. I have this little picture in my head of how I want it to look!
