為何重症醫師要與「神明」為友？ 為何重症醫師要與「神明」為友？ 加護病房病人的家屬因為擔心焦急，經常會有尋求神明或民俗療法的做法。但是，學西方實證醫學的醫師，也經常對會此不以為然，所以家屬必須偷偷的請「貌似友人的高人」，趁探病時來暗中「作法」、或是趁護理人員不留意時，偷偷的灌／灑裝在保特瓶中的「符水」，搞得兩造碟對碟，有時候為了撇清責任還要寫「切結書」、醫師因為權威被挑戰而觸怒呢！這樣讓醫病關係惡化的情形履見不鮮. 其實，我的看法是： 這不過是家屬在無助之下，尋求的「協助」、抱著姑且一試的態度，並非一定是對醫療的不信任！醫師應平常心看待，不必過度反應。 反倒是，如果醫師因而生氣或要求家屬簽切結書時，才是破壞彼此信任的開始～. 所以，在此，我要分享的是，要如何與「神明」為友，讓衪與我們處在同一陣線，共同「治療」病人？ 每次在病危病人的病情解釋之後，我都會主動跟家屬說：「 我們的共同希望是可以把病人治好，如果你們有什麼宗教信仰，例如需要禱告、拜拜 …. 12301;（ OK. 喔！對了，他是個只有 20. 也都可以的。重點是在一開始就釋出善意，同意他們這麼做，怎麼做...其實， 神明的...
