I already had plans to hang out with a friend, so when asking what we wanted to do for the day, I mentioned the shuttle launch. After some discussion, we decide to head over to the Space Coast to watch the launch. First we head to Target (I had to accomplish something on my to-do-list), and then head out of town to make the 2 1/2 hour drive. I had an absoluate blast that day!

Living and Loving Life. Monday, May 23, 2011. It's not me, It's you. I have been working with a personal trainer for the last year. It's been a great experience. I've lost some weight, gained some back, lost some weight again and joined a gym. And I highly recommend it. With that being said. So every Tuesday I work out with my trainer and then I hit the gym about 4 other times during the week. I work out 5 times a week. I feel like I'm out of shape I shouldn't be feeling like this. Its not me, Its you.
