So what is it like to be a 95% raw vegan for four months? 1 2 sizes smaller. 2 haven't been sick at all.no colds,no headache,no sore throats, no respiratory problems, NO STOMACH gas pains or other ailments. 4 hardly any muscle aches.i can actually get out of bed and not hurt. 6 enhanced taste buds.(if i taste anything processed or when we eat out,i cannot stand the taste.it is toooooo salty or sweet for me). So what am i missing? 1 nothing, I feel amazing!
