Lindsay's Blog: Pink and Moving
http://neitherheightnordepth.blogspot.com/2009/05/pink-and-moving.html
Tuesday, May 26, 2009. The best words I've ever heard in all my life were these: "He's pink and he's moving.". When Rodney was born he was ash gray, a horrible color, blue and blue and blue and so not pink. He wasn't moving at all. The doctor held him up by the shoulders and I was astounded by how big he was. At just seven months pregnant, I never expected such a big baby. He didn't look like a preemie at all. No sounds. No shouts. No nods. Silence. No sounds. No shouts. No nods. Still. And I can't tell ...

Lindsay's Blog: Who the heck are these people?
http://neitherheightnordepth.blogspot.com/2014/06/who-heck-are-these-people.html
Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Who the heck are these people? We've been married since 1998. We love Alaska and lived there from 2002 to 2006. We have one son, Rodney, who was born in the summer of 2006, in Alaska. We like Nebraska and have a house there. It's an old farmhouse. That needs a lot of work. I think we'll finish it by 2050. We "officially" live in Arkansas, but are always looking for a way out. Well, only from May to September. Arkansas is perfect in the fall, winter, and spring. Be a good one.

Friday, June 26, 2015. For Father's Day, Rodney and I gathered up some of our favorite pictures and had them printed as 8x10s. We put these in a binder along with a couple dozen old blog posts. When Rodney started talking I began posting his funny little sayings and conversations under a certain title (How 'bout that? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Friday, June 26, 2015. This one made us leave the area. But we came home to a pretty sky and no damage. And thankfully we have a giant shop to hold all our rigs just in case. Lindsay's Blog: A look back at second grade!
http://neitherheightnordepth.blogspot.com/2015/06/a-look-back-at-second-grade.html
Friday, June 26, 2015. A look back at second grade! We had several school settings this year. Here's where he worked while I did my afternoon work/walk at my treadmill desk. Daily math practice.not his favorite activity. (This is where we do school most of the time - this is in his bedroom at our house.). I sent the picture to his occupational therapist, Ms. Karen. Rodney was so happy to have met this goal. Puzzles used to bring us to tears, but we're getting there! Grammar time at Grandmother's house!

Friday, February 26, 2010. Hidden Talents (My Sunday School teacher wasn't lying! And at first, I didn't see this as a gift. Once, when I was dropping her off at the home of one her respite care workers (my boss actually), Lynella ran to the couch shrieking. She sat down and hopped up and down, flapping her hands excitedly. And Jeanne, my boss, asked me "Why do you think she's always upset when she gets here? I looked at her curiously, "Upset? What are you talking about? And I love how much you love your...
