Sober Log Day 10. February 11, 2015. Wednesday 2/11/2015 Day 9. Feeling good and starting to lose wesight. I am down 7 pounds since Sunday when I started the Atkins, thats only 4 days. If Ican stay at this pace i am sure to lose it fast. I gained it fast, I am hoping to bounce back to a good weight fast. I am aiming for 190 but Ill be happy just to be under 200. Sometimes you don’t know when you’re taking the first step through a door until you’re already inside. Bed Last Night 11:00 pm. You may use these.
