Keeping sober one day at a time. My lack of posting recently….there’s a reason behind it. I broke my sobriety and used cocaine 9 days ago after being sober for 2 weeks. It was just as I remembered, only this time my hangover/comedown was coupled with one of the highest levels of shame I have ever experienced in life. I’m not sure.
