Claudia is a nationally licensed massage. Therapist and offers massage therapy to. Both adults and children. Since everyone's coordination, dexterity and athleticism vary, kids younger than 10 years of age will need to be individually assessed and either trained one-on-one or in very small groups. The amount of training time will be shorter for the younger children. Each athlete will need a basic fitness assessment. One's level of play will not be the determiner for ones athletic capability.

There is a high incidence of ACL injuries in adolescent athletes (particularly females) participating in pivoting sports such as soccer, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, and field hockey. Most ACL injuries in athletes are non-contact injuries. ACL reconstruction surgeries are estimated at 250,000 yearly. Time lost due to ACL surgery can be 6 months or more. The potential for an athlete to suffer a second ACL injury is high.
