Friday, July 21, 2006. The slump continues, I haven't visted any of the formus in what seems like forever and I am so far behind on my blog reading that I'm almost too scared to look. Fuzzy Orange Bear: My Precious
http://fuzzyorangebear.blogspot.com/2005/09/my-precious.html
Saturday, September 24, 2005. It's funny how much you miss your digital camera when you have a few finished projects to brag about. First cab off the rank, my needle roll. I overcame my sewing machine demons and churned out this little beauty. I have had that flowery fabric FOREVER, I think it came up a treat. Second, my, uh, interesting. Skein" of handspun wool. It's my first and full of faults (some bits too loose, others too tight) but you gotta start somewhere. See that happy face? I love the shrug!

Fuzzy Orange Bear: Faster than a moving toddler
http://fuzzyorangebear.blogspot.com/2007/04/faster-than-moving-toddler.html
Sunday, April 22, 2007. Faster than a moving toddler. Sheesh, where has this last month gone? One second I'm up to my eyeballs in sport and the next. well I'm still up to my eyeballs in sport. But I'm still here, hanging on by my nails to this year that is rapidly disappearing before me. Why is it as you get older time goes quicker? When you as him to do things. Not that I am complaining, because really his manners are impecable, but didn't he only start walking no long ago? Oi, I can't keep up. If you c...

Fuzzy Orange Bear: Eggplants and foot hockey
http://fuzzyorangebear.blogspot.com/2007/01/eggplants-and-foot-hockey.html
Saturday, January 20, 2007. Eggplants and foot hockey. Apparently played in primary schools. I never knew). The night before was a cracker, they even had a picture of the answer and on screen was written 'EGGPL NT'. Like my favourite vapid 'Quiz Mania' host informed me 'It's not brain science, it's not rocket surgery'. No more famous friends since last weeks interview, but I did walk past Roger Federer in the hallway the other day. Surprisingly, he's kinda short (just under 6 foot? Get some sleep Taryn!

Celia's Knitting Adventures: Lace Knitting Set Up
http://celiaknits.blogspot.com/2012/06/lace-knitting-set-up.html
Sunday, June 03, 2012. Lace Knitting Set Up. Someone asked me a while ago how I manage my laceweight yarn when knitting. I offered to take a picture of my setup but never got round to it and now I have forgotten who asked. Anyway, this is my set up:. What am I knitting? It's an Estonian inspired shawl. Nupps and all! I test-knitted this for a fellow Raveller. The pattern is here. It's easy and quick - I knit it over 2 or 3 days. Perfect gift for a newborn! Posted by celia at 7:11 pm. A taste of home.

Celia's Knitting Adventures: September 2004
http://celiaknits.blogspot.com/2004_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 28, 2004. Finally written the pattern for the blue cabled scarf. I made some progress on the Nouveau shawl tonight. 13 squares done, 19 to go. It is working out easier than I thought it would be. It's just starting to get a little boring. I think it's easy enough even for beginner corcheter. Pattern for the blue cabled scarf I posted in one of my earlier posts is found here. I also had to make some. Posted by celia at 10:14 pm. Monday, September 27, 2004. Posted by celia at 8:42 pm.

Fuzzy Orange Bear: Who loves ya baby?
http://fuzzyorangebear.blogspot.com/2007/07/who-loves-ya-baby.html
Monday, July 23, 2007. Who loves ya baby? I just love me a baby knit. Love, love, love it. Quick and satisfying, and the recipient will never turn it's nose up at it (love that 'I'm too young to have head control down pat yet' thing.). This was super cute and lots of fun. Usually I'm not one for the 'it's a girl, give it pink! And those buttons are rockin' my button world. Posted by The Bear at 9:44 pm. I especially love the buttons :). I love that pattern too. Cute, cute, cute! Susanne's House Of Wool.
