Sofia's Motivation to be Healthy. Weight loss and motivation. Life is good minus the bumps. June 30, 2015. That’s a total of 23 pounds lost and although I had set a goal of 30 pounds on 3 months I am more than happy with my progress and ability to maintain without gaining. My doctor has agreed to let me use the Phentermine for up to 6 months so long as my vitals and progression are positive. So this marked my half way point my next “big” goal is 50 pounds total weightloss! June 26, 2015. June 27, 2015.

Sofia's Motivation to be Healthy. Weight loss and motivation. It’s not a race? May 24, 2015. May 24, 2015. I have 6 pills left on my second 30 day dose of phentermine so that’s officially 54 days since I started. My starting weight :199.5Ibs and current weight : 180.1 that’s 19.4 pounds lost! My goal for this second month was 20 pounds total weightloss and I’m pretty sure when I weigh in at the doctors office in 6 days I will be there! Here’s to another day closer to the real me! 22 jan. 2013. Ja ni kanske har fattat vart det leder hän. Jag tycker att det känns som ett bra beslut att avsluta bloggen eller ta en paus på obestämd tid. Även om det känns svårt att släppa taget om mitt lilla skötebarn. Men om jag nån dag bestämmer mig för att komma tillbaka så kommer det vara med hela hjärtat och med stort engagemang. Man vet aldrig, kanske kommer man att skaffa ett hus i framtiden med massor av projekt som man kan skriva om. Då kommer det att kännas naturligt att börja blogga igen.
