Our Own Kind of Perfect. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. The Stick Said Yes. August 4th I had bloodwork to confirm. August 7th and 8th we told our parents. Sept. 14th we heard the heartbeat and saw our little one for the first time. My belly is beginning to round out some and the nausea and fatigue are pretty much gone. I had already started my second 24 hour urine screen and tried to relax. Sleep did not come. Relaxation did not come. Just boredom. Late in the afternoon the nurses come in to check on me. They ask the same questions they always ask after I get back a bad blood pressure. Do you have a headache? Are you seeing any spots?
