Chocolate Cake (eggless and butterless). Happy Friendship day to all my lovely readers out there! A guilt free chocolate cake to celebrate this day. Recipe Source: Sharmis Passions. All Purpose Flour: 1 1/2 cups. Cocoa Powder: 3 tbsp. Baking powder: 1 teaspoon. Chocolate chips: 2 tbsp. Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tbsp. Lime juice: 1 tbsp. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt twice. In a bowl, take the water, oil, vanilla essence, lime juice and sugar. Mix till the sugar dissolves.

Tasty Vegetable curry in coconut milk. Vegetables ( beans, carrot, potato ) : 1.5 cups diced. Coconut milk: 1 cup thick and 2 cups thin. Coriander powder: 2 tsp. Chilly powder: 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp. Coriander leaf: 2 tbsp. Curry leaf: 1 sprig. Dried red chilly: 2. Heat oil and saute the onions till wilted. Add the beans and carrot and saute on low flame for 2 minutes. Take it off fire. Add a little more oil to the pan and saute the ground paste till oil seperates. Keep the lid and cook.

Chocolate Biscuit Pudding (No Bake Cake). This reminds me of my college days and hostel. One of my dearest friends (Neetha) mom always used to make and send to us hungry souls (14 of us) and within minutes it will be all over. Marie Biscuit: 27 or more. Icing sugar or sugar very finely powdered: 300 gms. Cocoa Powder: 4 tbsp. Milk : 1 tbsp (only if needed). Black coffee (Nescafe or Bru will do): 1 cup. Rava Idly/ sooji Idly/ Semolina Idly. Carrot Grated: 4 tbsp. Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp. Baking Powder: 1 tsp. To Temper: Mustard: 1 tsp. Curry leaves: a sprig torn. Ginger: 1/2 inch chopped fine. Green Chillies: 2 chopped fine. Cashew halves: 10 10. Oil: and Ghee: 1 tsp each. Dry Roast the rava on medium flame and keep aside. Mix the rava with the curd and water and keep aside. Add water little by little. the consistency should be right. Take 10 cashew halves and fry in a thsp of ghee and keep aside.

An easy way of making your own fruit yogurt without any preservatives. For the Fruit base:. Mango: 4 ripe chopped into small pieces (or any fruit of your choice). Sugar: 1/4 cup or even less (if you dont want it too sweet). Mix this together and bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce the heat and let it cook till you get a thick syrup.
