I often have a lot about thoughts about these runs…or thoughts during these runs. I like to think…overthink if you must. We were to leave a local school run along the road, circle a duck pond, get back on the road, get on the t-rail, and run until 5k-ish then turn around and return the way we came, minus the duck pond. It was cold and windy. I was not instructing. I felt like I should run tomorrow with my peeps in MP. But I got my butt in gear and I was happy about it. It ended up being a fast run. I was up with the leaders. Which was a great challenge. Hills hills and more hills. October 23, 2015. Bring on the stairs next week!
