Before and After SOMA. 10 weeks passed between the before pictures (one the left) and the after pictures (on the right). The participant took part in ten 90 minutes sessions, each one week apart. She decreased her exercise level during this 10 week period and saw dramatic improvements in her overall posture, balance and strength.
