Finally in 2015 the Town Council agreed to become the Custodian Trustee and a new Management Committee of volunteers began work. The Friends of the Parish Rooms (FoPR) was formed in 2010 and since then have done a magnificent job of fundraising by means of: Winter and Summer Lunches or Suppers; Moviola; Rummikub and supplying refreshments for many other Somerton events.
