28 Nov 12 飽讀古今中外詩書的瑜珈界潘若迪/ 2000 Corey Gentle Flow. 上完課後的心得是，決定偷偷給摳瑞老師一個封號，那就是＂飽讀古今中外詩書的瑜珈界潘若迪＂！ 但滿有道理的，今天的動作有很多個討厭的恰特爛尬，對於剛上完天使拋而萬的弱雞來說是很吃力的。然後今天的經典動作是毛毛蟲，有二個版本，一個是穎點像匍匐前進的側平板，另一個是真的像毛毛蟲一般的蠕動前進（很難喔）。 另外還有單腳的烏鴉，老師也示範了吊胃（是這樣寫？）鎖喉然後前跳，然後說利用這個原理才能夠做到很好的倒立。老師也教了怎麼跳往前穿過之後坐下，完整版跟偷吃步版。這些大多數的同學都只能做基本款。 另外摳瑞老師在十二月有免費的窩夏普，當然免不了要打個廣告，結束時老師又說了一串樂樂長的瑜珈名言（還是中英對照哩），然後下課。 25 Nov 12 肉腳蛇/ 1630 Angel Power 1. 65288;老師是故意取消哈達萬吧），所以就抱著必死的決心來上課. 18 Nov 12 最後一堂海老師的課/ 1100 Heidi Hatha 1. 標籤： Hatha 1. 標籤： Hatha 1. Saturday, June 14, 2014. The new chicken in the chicken coop. Ne woman's search for everything across Italy, India and Indonesia. Brilliantly captured her experience of arriving in a foreign place but she felt completely at home. My EAT, PRAY , LOVE book bought it 6 years ago ;-). Anyone anywhere anytime about anything, it’s just that the “feelings” sometimes just doesn't feel right. Some snaps outside and inside the class ;-). So how was the yoga experience in Belgium you asked? I told it was AMAZING!
